The problem
A new domain in the most locally-contested category in the UAE. Emergency AC demand is won inside the map pack within a few kilometres, and competitors with a fraction of this fleet already held every community — because they had pages and reviews per area, and we were starting with neither.
What we did
We built the service-area architecture: community-level pages for the areas the fleet genuinely covers, each with response times, the technicians assigned, and the AC systems common to that building stock. No thin duplicates — if the coverage was not real, the page was not built.
Then the local trust layer: Business Profile rebuilt with services and service areas, automated review requests after every completed job, and annual maintenance contract content that captured planning-stage searches rather than only emergencies.
Map pack appearances went from 9 to 186 across Dubai communities, at an average primary-keyword position of 3.8.
SEO strategy for AC repair and maintenance
Emergency home services are won in the map pack, within a few kilometres, in the hour something fails. Classic national SEO is close to irrelevant here — proximity, reviews and response time are the ranking factors that matter.
- STEP 1
Only build coverage you actually have
Community pages were created for areas the fleet genuinely reaches within the stated response time. Thin duplicates for areas we could not serve were refused.
- STEP 2
Write for the building stock
Tower chillers, villa split units and district cooling fail differently. Each community page addresses what is actually installed there.
- STEP 3
Engineer review velocity
Automated post-job review requests turned every completed call into a local ranking signal — 1,340 in six months.
- STEP 4
Capture planning demand too
Annual maintenance contract content reaches the same customer months before a breakdown, at a fraction of the acquisition cost.

The verdict
Emergency demand does not shop around. Being first in the map pack in the right community, with reviews to match, is the whole game — and the fleet is now booked out on organic alone.
