The problem
A new site, no links, no rankings — for a surgeon whose reputation was built entirely offline. The core procedures had no structured content, there was no local footprint to speak of across the clinic locations, and none of the before-and-after or testimonial evidence that carries trust in person had made it onto the site.
What we did
We structured the procedure library first: one page per procedure with candidacy, technique, recovery timeline, risks and price range, each authored and reviewed by the surgeon and tied to his practitioner entity.
Alongside that: NAP consistency across every listing, local SEO for the clinic locations, a sustainable link-building programme aimed at medical and press publications rather than directories, and advanced schema so the procedure answers were eligible for snippets.
Nine featured snippets for the most-asked procedure questions, and an average primary-keyword position of 5.8 on a keyword set the site previously did not touch.
SEO strategy for surgical practices
A surgeon’s reputation lives offline; Google only sees what the site proves. With a strong name and no topical footprint, the fastest route to visibility was structured procedure knowledge, not more marketing copy.
One page, one procedure, one standard
Candidacy, technique, recovery timeline, risks and price range — the same five sections on every procedure, authored and reviewed by the surgeon.
Target the question, win the snippet
Patient questions ("is rhinoplasty painful") are answered in a snippet-eligible format. Nine snippets now sit above the clinics that outrank us on brand.
Earn the first links properly
With no backlink profile at all, the easy route is directory volume. We went for medical and press placements instead — slower, but the only links that carry weight in this category.
Build the local foundation
Business Profiles, citations and consistent NAP data created from scratch for every clinic location, because no amount of content ranks a location Google cannot verify.

Trustworthy, hardworking and efficient — that’s what describes the team at Digidot. My website started ranking from the very first month of our collaboration and made it to Google’s first page much sooner than expected!

Reputation offline finally translates online. The surgeon now owns the answers patients search for before they choose a clinic — not just his own name.
The part we don’t publish
We haven’t shown you the techniques. We’ll take you through them live.
A case study shows the outcome. The method behind it — the keyword architecture, the competitor gaps we exploited, what is working in your niche right now — is the part that is actually worth your time. Book a demo and we will open the live website and walk you through all of it.
No pitch deck, no commitment — a working session on your site and ours.
