Medical aestheticsUAE18-month engagement

Organic search traffic, month 1 → month 18

+520%

In a category Google treats as your-money-or-your-life, an aesthetics clinic could not rank on treatment terms. Rebuilding its E-E-A-T signals lifted organic traffic 520% and conversion 50%.

The problem

The clinic launched with no domain history in a your-money-or-your-life category, where Google discounts anything it cannot attribute to a credible, accountable author. Aggregators and directories held every treatment query in the market, and the initial treatment pages carried no named author, no practitioner credentials and no medical review — the three signals the category is actually judged on.

What we did

We rebuilt the trust layer first — practitioner profiles with licences and specialisms, named authorship, medical review lines, and clear pricing and risk disclosure on every treatment page.

On top of that we mapped the treatment category semantically: condition, treatment, aftercare and comparison clusters, each linked to the practitioner entity qualified to perform it. Local SEO and review generation ran alongside across all clinic locations.

Ninety per cent of the primary treatment keyword set now ranks at an average position of 3.9 — and the same traffic converts half again as well.

SEO strategy for medical aesthetics

Aesthetics is a YMYL category with heavy directory competition, so ranking a single treatment page was never going to work. The strategy was to make the clinic the most complete source on its own subject — then let the authority from that flow into the pages that convert.

  1. 01Topical authority before keywordsDedicated pages for every treatment and sub-treatment, mapped as a semantic cluster rather than a service list — which is what makes high-competition treatment terms winnable at all.
  2. 02Blogging at scale, across intentsHundreds of keywords targeted with a deliberate mix of commercial and informational intent, so the clinic appears at every stage of the patient journey, not only at the booking step.
  3. 03Navigation built around patientsMain menu and footer structured around how patients actually browse — concern first, treatment second — rather than around the clinic’s own org chart.
  4. 04Internal linking architectureEvery article routed authority into the treatment page it supports, orphan pages retired and cannibalisation resolved, so the cluster compounds instead of competing with itself.
  5. 05The content recipeTables, branded media, named authors, expert quotes, FAQs and schema on every post — the visible extra effort Google rewards and AI-generated content cannot fake.

Content type matched to search intent

We do not rank clients only for long-tail, low-competition terms. Topical authority is what makes high-competition treatment keywords winnable — so the keyword map deliberately spans the whole customer journey, and each intent gets the content type it deserves.

The content recipe

Google discounts thin, AI-generated text. It rewards visible extra effort — media, structure, attribution, data. Every article we publish carries the same eight elements, which is why the clinic's posts rank inside 90 days rather than six months.

  • Comparison and pricing tables
  • Branded images and video (client-supplied)
  • Named author with bio and social profiles
  • Internal links into the treatment cluster
  • One high-authority external citation
  • A quoted industry expert
  • FAQs written for snippet eligibility
  • Article, author and FAQ schema

The verdict

In a regulated category, credibility is the ranking factor. Once the clinic could prove who was performing each treatment, it outranked the directories that had been selling its own leads back to it.

The part we don’t publish

We haven’t shown you the techniques. We’ll take you through them live.

A case study shows the outcome. The method behind it — the keyword architecture, the competitor gaps we exploited, what is working in your niche right now — is the part that is actually worth your time. Book a demo and we will open the live website and walk you through all of it.

No pitch deck, no commitment — a working session on your site and ours.

  • The live site, walked throughScreen-shared end to end — what we changed, where, and why it moved.
  • The full keyword setEvery term we ranked, with positions, volumes and intent — not a curated five.
  • The competitor analysisWhat the incumbents were doing, and the gap we found to get past them.
  • What is working in your nicheWhat your own competitors are being rewarded for right now, and which of it would transfer to your site.
